so. these days've been nothing but boring days at home.

Well pops got me a low-aperture lens today ~ imma happykid96 :>
which led to me like fussing around with my 550D out of boredom. and i realised i should've taken more photos and posted my experience so i don't forget it.
see what I mean by boredom?
and since there's never anyone at home bothered enough to camwhore with me, (God I wish I had a sister ;_;) I decided to use my favourite albums :> they make great models cause they don't move LOL obviously. or i'd be pretty creeped out?
in case you were wondering, cameras aren't everything to me. OKAY I LIED LOL THEY ARE. they've been a part of my life since i was pretty young. jk, since like 8? and i was fascinated which led to my camwhoring habits when i got my own digicams which led to me begging for a DSLR :>
anyway, i figured it was time i played around and noted down my photographic experiments to make you, the dear reader of this wasted space suffer and watch/read :>

and to be honest, comparing both the photos, i prefer using the EF-S lens. even though the main purpose of this was to make use of my ef-s lens LOL. call me lame but this was just a comparison. and i realised if i use the ef lens, i can't take it out of program mode because the focus and depth-of-field would be too ugly. i prefer shallow d-o-fs in this case and the ef lenses gave me too many problems to take it out of auto mode.
i need to start playing with colouration, modes, exposure, iso and white balance soon, serious.
now that everything's done, i'm thankful if you wasted your time reading till here :>

oh and #prayforkorea okay? NORTH AND SOUTH SHOULDN'T TAKE THINGS BEYOND THIS ANYMORE, TOO MANY THINGS ARE AT STAKE. PEACE PLEASE. I'm saying this not just because Korea is my dream holiday LOL and not just because my bbs are there, but because LIVES are at stake. there's too much to risk already. civilians will get hurt, so please pray for Korea! both Koreas! South Korea deserves better (REALLY! after so much suffering!) and north korea shouldn't cause anymore pain!
