day 21: fave picture of fave gurrrrrl bias ~
idk why but i have no favourite picture, just that my favourite photoshoot from before snsd's whole japan debut would be this. it's ceci, if i remember correctly. i just love the way they dressed all of them up and made use of pastel clothing and lighting and the colouring to edit the photos (i think they did edit the colouring a little bit?) sunny looked amazing, idk :) i like how they used the polaroids in this shoot too

i'm not surprised if many non-huge kpop fans know who these two girl groups are. they're amazing in some way or another, but totally (emphasis on totally) underrated. i was honestly thinking of putting the best fuckin' five (aka kara) as my answer, but then i remembered how they're not underrated in japan lol. and then i realised that these two groups who are totally amazing are extremely underrated. i mean, i don't know how underrated 4 minute is (they just are from what i see, and i'm not even a 4nia), but i know after school is extremely amazing (to me, at least). especially the new member who's leaving impressions. she's amazing at guitar. all of them are amazing together ide. i just wished people gave them more chances.
as for the third picture, the only reason u-kiss is even up there is because they deserve as many chances as the other groups. i'm not a die-hard kiss me (shawol here, remember?) but i can honestly say i hate how people dismiss the fact that these guys are amazing without even trying to notice or bother about them. they are polite, talented and pretty boys. honestly, they're way more polite than most of the other guy groups out there. people should really give them a chance. i was thinking of putting beast as one of the underrated groups but i realised that they're gaining a lot more popularity recently lol.
(side note: i didn't put any rookie groups in there because no matter how ~amazing~ they are, they're still rookie groups, it's natural most of them would be underrated.)

no, this isn't my absolute favourite. just one of it :> i guess i don't have a favourite photoshoot since they all look absolutely amazing in most of them and even so, my favourites would be mostly fan-taken photos of a warm ot5 moment (now mostly concert moments since there were too many) :') i guess these photos mostly lead to edits, so my favourites are mostly edits like the one up there. i'm proud of this pearl aqua blue and my fandom ♥

i know i have a lot to say lol but seriously, there's so many groups in kpop universe that there's so many over and underrated ones. i used to love 2ne1, but i just realised they didn't need another fan (and besides, i think it was better i gave up liking them) since their fan base was pretty huge, apparently. plus they're so 'important' in korea how everyone anticipates their comeback is kind of scary sometimes idk. they're okay, but they seem pretty overrated to me so. yknow.
ohay another surprise surprise here. actually, no. can i just honestly say for the 123456798465414321th time on this blog how much i hate fake shawols. i mean i love my ot5, but i wish they weren't so 'overrated' in singapore and pretty much everywhere. they're amazing and everything, but the influx of SHINee 'fans' and 'shawols' is just plain creepy and stupid. i won't try to stop most dumb bitches from liking them, i mean i'm glad my ot5 is gonna get more attention because they deserve the love, but then on another hand, i'm sure i really want some dumb bitches to screw off lol. idk, it just always occurs to me that one shawol less makes no difference. i guess some people can piss off and go to other fandoms please. i mean i really really love my ot5, but i don't love all the shawols lol. and with all due respect, i really wish some (if not most, but actually some. just some i guess) of them would go give their attention to other groups that are less appreciated (they need the attention more ;_; refer to above day) and stop acting like they know it all. liking them doesn't make it your fandom. what have you ever done to care about them lol. spazz? just spazz? oh also, if you don't love or respect most of the older groups in kpop in some way, you don't appreciate kpop you shallow bitch. fandom is respecting the groups and music (lol i do for most k #dontjudgeme) so if you don't, fuck you. i hate it when i hear/see things like these happen so don't ask me why i'm swearing or something. i'm pissed about this issue because of these 'fans'.
